a. 學生來自以下國家:西班牙、墨西哥、瓜地馬拉、宏都拉斯、薩爾瓦多、尼加拉瓜、哥斯大黎加、巴拿馬、哥倫比亞、多明尼加共和國、古巴、委內瑞拉、秘魯、厄瓜多、玻利維亞、智利、阿根廷、烏拉圭、巴拉圭、赤道幾內亞。
b. 學生居住於任何說西語國家長達兩年(含)以上
c. 學生以學習西班牙文長達兩年(含)以上
